To be eligible for this treatment, tumours must have specific mutations an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletion or an L858R substitution mutation. This Afanat 40 mg Tablet is not suitable for children or adolescents as its safety and effectiveness in these groups are unknown.
