• Beedan 100 mg Tablet is an anti-cancer medicine containing Dasatinib as an active ingredient. Beedan 100 mg Tablet is used to treat certain types of cancer. Especially this medicine is used to treat chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML),(a type of blood cancer that affects the production of white blood cells.) and also used to treat acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL),( a type of cancer that affects the production of white blood cells in the bone marrow. Beedan 100 mg Tablet belongs to a class of drugs called tyrosine kinase inhibitors, which work by blocking the action of certain proteins that promote the growth and spread of cancer cells.

  Beedan 100 mg Tablet may cause some adverse effects may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, fatigue, muscle and joint pain, and swelling in the hands and feet. More serious side effects, such as bleeding or blood clotting problems, can also occur. Your doctor might check your blood pressure regularly. It is advised to avoid antacid intake within 2 hours of taking this medicine.
