Introduction of Emtreo 5 mg Injection
Emtreo 5 mg Injection is an anticancer medicine used alone or in combination with other chemotherapy medicines to treat ovarian cancer. It may also be used in the treatment of allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation in adult patients with malignant and non-malignant diseases, and in pediatric patients older than one month with malignant diseases. The safety and efficacy of Emtreo Injection in children less than 1 month of age have not yet been established.
Emtreo 5 mg Injection may cause some adverse effects including infections (bacterial, viral, fungal), decreased appetite, insomnia, headache, dizziness, stomatitis, diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal pain, myelosuppression, pancytopenia, Pruritus, etc. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them
Emtreo 5 mg Injection is not recommended for use in allergy to Emtreo Injection or any of its components and suffering from any uncontrolled infections, severe kidney disease, severe liver disease or lung disease, or DNA breakage repair disorders. Do not take any live vaccines while using this Emtreo Injection. Emtreo 5 mg Injection is not recommended for use in pregnant women and breastfeeding women, it may harm the unborn baby. Both sexually active men and women of childbearing potential have to use effective contraception during and up to 6 months after treatment. Emtreo 5 mg Injection may reduce the number of blood cells in your blood thereby, increasing the susceptibility to infections. Regular blood tests are required to check your blood cells along with kidney, liver and heart function during treatment with this medicine.
