Endoxan N 500 mg Injection is an anticancer medicine used for the treatment of various types of malignant diseases such as malignant lymphomas, Hodgkin’s disease, lymphocytic lymphoma, mixed-cell type lymphoma, histiocytic lymphoma, Burkitt’s lymphoma, multiple myeloma, leukaemias, mycosis, fungicides, neuroblastoma, adenocarcinoma of the ovary, retinoblastoma, breast carcinoma, etc. Endoxan N 500 mg Injection is also used to treat kidney disease known as a nephrotic syndrome in children after other treatments have not worked. It may be also used to treat other conditions, as determined by the doctor. Endoxan N 500 mg Injection works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells in your body. When Endoxan N 500 mg Injection is used to treat nephrotic syndrome, it works by suppressing your body's immune system.
Endoxan N 500 mg Injection is not recommended for use in patients suffering from urine outflow obstruction disease, and patients who have a history of severe hypersensitivity reactions to it, any of its metabolites, or to other components of the Endoxan N 500 mg Injection. Endoxan N 500 mg Injection may cause nausea, vomiting, stomatitis (inflamed and sore mouth), weakness, malaise (general discomfort), fever, leukopenia (low white blood cell count), and alopecia (hair loss).
