Ibrushil 140 mg Capsule is an anti-cancer medicine that contains an active ingredient. It works by inhibiting protein kinase activity. It is used to treat adult blood cancers such as mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) and Waldenström's (WM). Children and adolescents should not be treated with Ibrushil Capsule.

Ibrushil 140 mg Capsule is not recommended for use in patients who are allergic to any of the other components of this medicine. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking a herbal medicine called St. John's wort, that's used for depression. If you are not sure, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse before taking this medicine.

If you have any bleeding disorders, heart problems, liver disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure or any other health problems, please make sure you talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse before or while taking this medicine.  Ibrushil 140 mg Capsule may cause some adverse effects if you or someone else notices: sudden numbness or weakness in limbs (especially on one side of the body), sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding speech, vision loss, difficulty walking, loss of balance or coordination.  Tell your doctor immediately.

Ibrushil 140 mg Capsule should not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. There is no information on the safety of Ibrushil 140 mg Capsule in pregnant and breastfeeding women. If you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant before taking Ibrushil 140 mg, please consult your doctor or gynaecologist. Women of childbearing potential must use a highly effective method of birth control during and for Up to a few months after receiving Ibrushil 140 mg to keep away from turning pregnant at the same time as being handled with Ibrushil 140 mg Capsule. 

Take this Ibrushil Capsule exactly as your doctor, pharmacist or nurse has told you. Ask your doctor, pharmacist or nurse if you are not sure. Avoid eating grapefruit or oranges in any form during this treatment as they may increase the amount of this medicine in your blood. Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. Tell your doctor or health care professional if you get diarrhoea that does not go away.

Ibrushil 140 mg Capsule helps in treating blood cancer in patients who were not able to recover from previous medications. It helps to prevent the cancer cells to grow and multiply.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. The following side effects may happen with this medicine:

• Nausea
• Pneumonia
• Bloody Urine
• Constipation
• Breathlessness
• Bruises and Rashes
• Tiredness
• Numbness and Weakness
• Mouth Sores

• Low Count of Blood Cells
• High Blood Pressure
• Tumor Lysis Syndrome
• Allergic Reactions
• Infections
• Heart Problems

Ibrushil 140 mg Capsule can be taken without or with food, as advised by your doctor. You must follow every guideline of your doctor strictly to get the best results.
