• ​Nuace Tablet is a combination of antiviral medicines used for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) infection in adult and pediatric patients under 3 years of age. Nuace Tablet helps to prevent virus replication and spread within the body.
  
  Nuace Tablet may cause some common adverse effects such as vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain or distension, dyspepsia, flatulence, headache, tiredness, dizziness, drowsiness, numbness, tingling or pain in hands or feet, loss of strength, difficulty falling asleep. Nuace Tablet may also cause rare but serious effects like severe rash, which may be accompanied by fever, fatigue, swelling of the face or lymph glands, an increase in eosinophils (type of white blood cells), and effects on the liver, kidney or lung. If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse immediately.
  
  Nuace Tablet is not recommended for use in children under 3 years and in patients with severe liver impairment or allergy to sulfonamides (risk of cross-sensitivity). Nuace Tablet should be prescribed with caution in patients with drug-induced hepatitis (acute hepatitis, cytolytic hepatitis), skin disorders such as Steven Johns syndrome, toxic epidermal necrosis, blood-related disorders, etc. Monitor liver function before and during therapy, especially in patients with underlying chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, or pre-treatment transaminases elevations.
