• Piclib 125 mg Tablet is an anticancer medicine. It contains palbociclib. It is used in adults HR+ breast cancer that has spread (metastasized) to other parts of the body, combined with an aromatase inhibitor as first-line hormonal therapy or with fulvestrant in people whose disease has progressed after hormonal therapy.
  
  ​This medicine works by blocking proteins called cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6, which control cell growth and division. Blocking these proteins can slow down how cancer cells grow and delay how your cancer progresses.
  
  ​Some common side effects of this Piclib 125 mg Tablet may include dizziness, shortness of breath, weakness, bleeding or bruising more easily, nosebleeds, inflammation, tiredness, nausea, mouth sores, abnormal liver function tests, diarrhoea, hair thinning or hair loss, vomiting, skin rash, loss of appetite, low red blood cells and low platelets. If you have symptoms of infection such as fever, chills and weakness, bleeding or bruising, and nosebleeds, it is better to tell your doctor. It may also cause dizziness, if this happens avoid driving or alert activities.
