Shilstine 50 mg Injection is used in the treatment of megaloblastic anaemia due to folic acid deficiency, when oral therapy is not possible. Benefits of Shilstine 50 mg Injection is also combined with 5-fluorouracil to treat advanced colorectal cancer. Shilstine 50 mg should not be mixed with the same infusion as 5-fluorouracil because a precipitate may form.
