Spexib 150 mg Capsule belongs to a class of drugs known as anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) inhibitors. Spexib 150 mg Capsule used as monotherapy is indicated for the first-line treatment of adult patients with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Spexib 150 mg Capsule is not recommended for use in children below 18 years of age due to safety and efficacy have not been established and is advised to be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years and above) after consulting the doctor.
