It may be in combination with 5-fluorouracil and folinic acid in patients without prior chemotherapy for advanced disease. Iritero 100 mg Injection is used alone or in combination with other medicines indicated for the first-line treatment of patients with metastatic carcinoma of the colon or rectum.
  
  ​Iritero 100 mg Injection is used with cetuximab is indicated for the treatment of patients with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-expressing, KRAS wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer, who had not received prior treatment for metastatic disease or after the failure of irinotecan-including cytotoxic therapy.

Iritero 100 mg Injection may reduce the number of blood cells (decrease red blood and white blood cells) in your blood, thereby, increasing the susceptibility to infections. Inform your doctor if you notice fever, sore throat, and continuous episodes of diarrhoea.
