  • Oncomide 1000 mg Injection is an anti-cancer medicine used to treat various types of malignant diseases including malignant lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, lymphocytic lymphoma, mixed cell lymphoma, histiocytic lymphoma, Burkitt's lymphoma, multiple myeloma, leukaemia, mycosis, neuroblastoma, ovarian adenocarcinoma, retinoblastoma, breast cancer, etc. It is also used to treat kidney disease called nephrotic syndrome in children after other treatments fail. It may also be used for the treatment of other conditions as determined by the doctor or nurse. Oncomide 1000 mg Injection works by slowing or stopping cancer cells from growing in your body. When Oncomide 1000 mg Injection is used for the treatment of nephrotic syndrome, it works by suppressing your body's immune system.

    Oncomide 1000 mg Injection is not recommended for use in patients with urinary tract obstruction and in patients with a history of severe hypersensitivity to it, any of its metabolites, or other components of Oncomide 1000 mg Injection. Oncomide 1000 mg Injection may cause nausea, vomiting, stomatitis (mouth inflammation and pain), weakness, malaise (general feeling of being unwell), fever, leucopenia (low white blood cell count), and alopecia (hair loss).
